Questions we get.

Does Verifactu apply to me?

To companies from 1 January 2027, to everyone else from 1 July 2027. If you invoice from Spain, it reaches you.

Does Tallystamp exist yet?

No. It is a concept by fabrica, a branding and web studio in Barcelona: this website, a sample invoice and a waitlist. If enough people ask, we build it. If they do not, we write to say so and delete your address.

What if I get an invoice wrong?

You issue a rectificativa. The wrong one keeps its number, its hash and its place in the chain; the new one points at it. Nothing is edited after Send.

Can my gestor see the invoices?

Read access is in Studio. They open the series themselves instead of asking you for the two that are missing.

Where does my data go?

Today the only data is the email you leave in the form. It reaches fabrica's mailbox, and the privacy page says how to have it deleted.
